What the messages cover
If you agree to texts on the request form, Fieldcroft Business Capital may text the mobile number you gave about that request, for example to set up a call, ask for a missing detail or tell you where things stand.
Consent is optional
Texts are sent only after you opt in, usually by ticking the consent box on the form. You can send a Fieldcroft request without agreeing to texts.
How often and what it costs
Message frequency varies with how your request moves along, so a request that stalls early brings fewer texts than one that reaches a lending partner. Message and data rates may apply. Any such charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your own plan, not by Fieldcroft.
Stopping and help
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. After STOP you get one text confirming the opt-out and nothing further unless you sign up again. To talk it through by voice, ring (406) 313-8082.
Carriers
Mobile carriers accept no liability for texts that arrive late or never arrive.
Your mobile number
Your mobile number and texting consent are not handed to third parties for their marketing. If you give up the number you used on the form, reply STOP from it first or ring us, so texts do not reach whoever gets that number next. The privacy policy listed in the footer explains how other details are handled.
